Scope of Services
Sky Cleaning provides professional cleaning services for residential and commercial properties. Our services include but are not limited to:

Regular cleaning (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly)

Pricing and Payment

Pricing: Our rates are competitive and based on the type of service and the size of the area to be cleaned.

Payment: Clients can pay via cash, credit card, or electronic transfer. Invoices are issued upon completion of services.
Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellation: Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. A cancellation fee may apply.

Rescheduling: We accommodate rescheduling requests whenever possible.
Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

We are committed to exceeding our clients’ expectations. If you’re not satisfied with our service, let us know within 48 hours, and we’ll address it promptly.
Privacy and Security

Client information is confidential and used solely for service purposes. We do not share or sell personal data.
Liability and Insurance

Sky Cleaning carries liability insurance to cover accidental damage during cleaning.

Clients are responsible for securing valuable items during our service.
Termination of Services

Either party may terminate services with reasonable notice.

Outstanding payments must be settled upon termination.
Intellectual Property

Any original content (logos, marketing materials) created by Sky Cleaning remains our intellectual property.
Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify Sky Cleaning against any claims arising from our services.
Miscellaneous Clauses

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Massachusetts, United States.

Severability: If any clause is deemed invalid, the rest remain in effect.

Entire Agreement: This document supersedes any prior discussions.
